How opt-in works

An approved teacher or substitute signs in, adds a phone number to their profile, opens Notification settings, and chooses the unchecked box shown below. They must save the setting before consent is recorded. The box is off by default and can be turned off again at any time.

Text me time-sensitive booking updates

By checking this box and saving, you agree to receive automated transactional texts from Clean Economy Educators about matching openings, booking confirmations, and booking reminders (one week before, the day before, and about two hours before, including early mornings) at the phone number in your profile. Message frequency varies with your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of using Clean Economy Educators. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. What messages we send

  • A booking confirmation.
  • Booking reminders one week before, the day before, and about two hours before a confirmed booking, including early mornings.

Every update is also sent by email. Text message frequency varies with booking activity and typically runs to a few messages per booking.
